Sec. 91.062. ACTION BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. (a) The executive director may notify the attorney general of a violation of this chapter. The attorney general may apply to a district court in Travis County for permission to file for quo warranto relief, injunctive relief, or both. (b) The attorney general may not be required to post a bond for injunctive relief under this section.
