Sec. 901.655. RULES. (a) The board shall adopt rules as necessary for the administration of this subchapter. (b) The board shall adopt rules relating to the establishment of the scholarships under Section 901.653 , including rules providing eligibility criteria and the determination of the amount of each scholarship.
