Sec. 901.6015. RESTITUTION. (a) The board may order a license holder to pay restitution under Section 901.501 (a)(10) to a person harmed by the license holder's: (1) violation of this chapter; and (2) failure to fulfill the terms of a contract with the person. (b) The amount of restitution ordered under this section may not exceed the actual amount paid by the person to the license holder under the contract.
