Sec. 901.508. RIGHT TO HEARING. (a) If the board proposes to take disciplinary action against a person under this subchapter, the person is entitled to a hearing before the board or a hearings officer appointed by the board. (b) The board shall establish procedures by which a decision to take disciplinary action under this subchapter is made by or is appealable to the board.
