Sec. 901.301. ADMINISTRATION; BOARD RULES. (a) The board shall conduct or contract with another person to conduct uniform CPA examinations administered under this chapter. (b) The board by rule may establish the: (1) manner in which a person may apply for the examination; (2) time, date, and place for the examination; (3) manner in which the examination is conducted; and (4) manner in which a person's examination score is reported to the person.
