Sec. 901.158. RULES RESTRICTING COMPETITIVE PRACTICES. The board in its rules of professional conduct may regulate the competitive practices of a license holder as necessary to ensure that the license holder does not engage in a competitive practice that: (1) impairs the independence or quality of a service provided by a license holder; (2) impairs or restricts the public's opportunity to obtain professional accounting services of high quality at a reasonable price; or (3) unreasonably restricts competition among license holders.
