Sec. 9.158. JURISDICTION AND VENUE. (a) The attorney general shall bring an action for the revocation of the registration of a foreign filing entity under this subchapter in: (1) a district court of the county in which the registered office or principal place of business of the filing entity in this state is located; or (2) a district court of Travis County. (b) A district court described by Subsection (a) has jurisdiction of the action for revocation of the registration of the foreign filing entity.
