Sec. 89.021. STATE ARTIFICIAL REEF PLAN. (a) The department shall develop a state artificial reef plan that meets the purpose of this chapter and is consistent with the standards under Section 89.023 of this code. (b) The department shall administer and enforce the plan in accordance with this chapter and the National Fishing Enhancement Act. (c) The department shall develop any additional technical information needed to carry out the plan. (d) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 925, Sec. 2(5), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
