Sec. 885.251. GENERAL POWERS. A fraternal benefit society may: (1) make a constitution and bylaws for the government of the society, the admission of its members, the management of its affairs, and the setting and readjusting of premiums; (2) amend its constitution and bylaws; and (3) exercise other powers necessary and incidental to achieving its purposes.
