Sec. 885.058. BOARD MEMBERS; MEETINGS. (a) The term of a member of a board that is the supreme governing body of a fraternal benefit society may not exceed four years. (b) A vacancy on the board that occurs between elections may be filled in the manner prescribed by the fraternal benefit society's laws. An individual filling the unexpired term of an elected board member is considered to be an elected member. (c) A board shall meet at least annually to conduct the business of the fraternal benefit society.
