Sec. 884.407. RELATIONSHIP OF SUBCHAPTER TO OTHER PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER. (a) Section 884.305 and Subchapter J do not apply to a policy issued under this subchapter. (b) The provisions of Sections 884.309 and 884.351 relating to the adjustment of premiums do not apply to a life insurance policy issued under this subchapter. (c) The department may not consider losses sustained by a stipulated premium company on a policy issued under this subchapter when applying Section 884.206 or 884.308 to the company's life insurance policies not issued under this subchapter.
