Sec. 883.701. VIOLATION OF CHAPTER. (a) Except as otherwise provided by this subchapter, a person or corporation commits an offense if the person or corporation violates this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500.
