Sec. 87.882. COURSES AND DEGREES; ADMINISTRATION. (a) The university shall offer undergraduate- and graduate-level programs. (b) The board of regents may prescribe courses leading to appropriate degrees and adopt other rules necessary for the operation and management of the university. (c) The university is subject to the authority of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
