Sec. 87.1221. DISPOSITION OF BALLOT TRANSMITTAL FORM. (a) The presiding judge of the early voting ballot board shall enter on the ballot transmittal form the following information: (1) the number of personal appearance ballots received; (2) the number of mail ballots received; (3) the number of mail ballots accepted; (4) the number of mail ballots rejected; and (5) the number of ballots counted or delivered to the central counting station, as applicable. (b) A board member shall deliver the transmittal form to the general custodian of election records to be preserved for the period for preserving the precinct election records.
