Sec. 87.094. CANCELLATION OF PERMIT. (a) If it appears to the commission that a plant is operating in violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter, the commission shall cancel the permit issued to the plant. (b) After the cancellation of the permit, no operator of the plant may commingle either sweet gas and sour gas or casinghead gas with sweet gas or sour gas in the plant for the purpose of extracting the natural gasoline content.
