Sec. 854.408. STANDARD OCCUPATIONAL DISABILITY RETIREMENT ANNUITY. (a) The standard occupational disability retirement annuity payable under this subchapter is the sum of the member's prior service annuity and current service annuity. A prior service annuity is subject to reduction under Section 855.308 (f). A standard occupational disability retirement annuity is payable throughout the life of the retiree except as otherwise provided by this subchapter. (b) The occupational disability retirement annuity of a disability retiree may not be suspended under this subchapter after the date the disability retiree attains 60 years of age.
