Sec. 853.107. VOID PRIOR SERVICE CERTIFICATE. (a) When a person's membership in the retirement system is terminated, any prior service certificate issued to the person becomes void. (b) A person whose membership has terminated and who subsequently resumes membership in the retirement system is not entitled to credit for prior service.
