Sec. 85.271. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(32), eff. April 2, 2015. (2) "Committee" means the Texas HIV Medication Advisory Committee. (3) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(32), eff. April 2, 2015. (4) "Program" means the Texas HIV medication program established under Subchapter C.
