Sec. 85.035. APPLICANT INFORMATION. An applicant for a state grant under this subchapter shall submit to the department for approval: (1) a description of the objectives established by the applicant for the conduct of the program; (2) documentation that the applicant has consulted with appropriate local officials, community groups, and individuals with expertise in HIV education and treatment and knowledge of the needs of the population to be served; (3) a description of the methods the applicant will use to evaluate the activities conducted under the program to determine if the objectives are met; and (4) any other information requested by the department.
