Sec. 823.106. STANDARDS OF REVIEW; REASONS FOR DISAPPROVAL. (a) In reviewing a transaction under this subchapter, the commissioner shall consider whether the transaction: (1) complies with the standards provided by Section 823.101 ; and (2) may adversely affect the interest of the insurer's policyholders. (b) The commissioner shall set forth the specific reasons for the disapproval of a transaction reviewed under Subsection (a).
