Sec. 823.057. CONSOLIDATED FILING. The commissioner may require or permit two or more insurers that are affiliates of each other and that are required to register under this chapter to file: (1) a consolidated registration statement; or (2) a consolidated report amending: (A) the consolidated registration statement; or (B) the individual registration statement of each insurer.
