Sec. 822.052. ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION. Articles of incorporation of a proposed insurance company must state: (1) the name of the company; (2) the location of the company's principal business office; (3) the kind of insurance business in which the company proposes to engage; (4) the amount of the company's capital stock; and (5) the amount of the company's surplus.
