Sec. 82.408. UNLAWFUL ACTS. (a) No person may hunt any kind of game on the sanctuaries established under this subchapter. (b) No person may hunt any birds, fowl, or game of any kind on the sanctuaries established under this subchapter. (c) No person may pursue or frighten or attempt to pursue or frighten any birds, fowl, or game of any kind on the sanctuaries established under this subchapter.
