Sec. 82.035. AUDIT; FINANCIAL REPORT. (a) The financial transactions of the Board of Law Examiners are subject to audit by the state auditor in accordance with Chapter 321 . (b) The board shall file annually with the supreme court, the governor, and the presiding officer of each house of the legislature a copy of the annual financial report prepared by the board under Section 2101.011 .
