Sec. 81.188. MOTION FOR REHEARING. (a) The court may set aside an order for the management of a person with a communicable disease and grant a motion for rehearing for good cause shown. (b) The court may stay the order and release the person from custody before the hearing if the court is satisfied that the person does not meet the criteria for protective custody under this chapter. (c) The court may require an appearance bond in an amount set by the court.
