Sec. 81.181. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DELIVERY. The head of the facility, after receiving a copy of the writ of commitment and after admitting the person, shall: (1) give the individual transporting the person a written statement acknowledging acceptance of the person and of any personal property belonging to the person; and (2) file a copy of the statement with the clerk of the committing court.
