Sec. 81.121. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. (a) The executive committee consists of: (1) the president, the president-elect, and the immediate past president of the state bar; (2) the chair of the board of directors; (3) the president of the Texas Young Lawyers Association; and (4) additional members appointed by the president of the state bar. (b) The general counsel and executive director serve as ex officio members of the committee. (c) The president of the state bar serves as chair of the committee. The chair of the board of directors serves as vice chair of the committee and presides over committee meetings in the committee chair's absence.
