Sec. 81.094. CERTAIN COMMITTEE DUTIES. The committee shall: (1) periodically publish its issued opinions to the legal profession in summary or complete form; (2) on request provide copies of its issued opinions to members of the state bar or the public; (3) on request advise or otherwise assist state bar committees or local bar associations relating to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure; and (4) recommend appropriate amendments or clarifications of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure that it considers advisable.
