Sec. 81.08791. RULE DELIBERATIONS. (a) The committee, the board of directors, or the supreme court shall provide notice of any deliberation on a proposed disciplinary rule, and the deliberation must be open to the public. (b) The board of directors and the supreme court shall record and make public each vote for or against a proposed disciplinary rule.
