Sec. 81.043. RECORDS AND REPORTS OF HEALTH AUTHORITY. (a) Each health authority shall keep a record of each case of a reportable disease that is reported to the authority. (b) A health authority shall report reportable diseases to the department's central office at least as frequently as the interval set by department rule.
