Sec. 81.030. GENERAL COUNSEL. (a) The board of directors, by a majority vote, elects the general counsel of the state bar. The general counsel holds office at the pleasure of the board. (b) The general counsel must be a member of the state bar. (c) The general counsel shall perform the duties usually expected of and performed by a general counsel. (d) The general counsel shall perform those duties delegated by the board of directors.
