Sec. 81.01010. FEE FOR COPIES. (a) The commission may charge a fee for copies of papers provided by the commission to a person other than a department of this state. (b) The fee for a copy of a paper, document, or record in the commission's office, including the certificate and seal to be applied by the secretary, is 15 cents for each 100 words. (c) This section does not authorize the commission to charge a person a fee for a tariff sheet for the person's own use if the tariff sheet is in effect. (d) The fees charged and collected under this section shall be accounted for by the secretary of the commission and paid into the treasury as provided by Chapter 603 , Government Code.
