Sec. 803.009. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. This chapter prevails over a conflicting provision of any other law of this state, including: (1) Chapters 221 , 222 , and 223 ; (2) Sections 401.151 , 401.152 , 401.155 , and 401.156 ; and (3) Section 171.0525 , Tax Code.
