Sec. 801.455. HEARING. (a) If a respondent requests a hearing pursuant to Section 801.407 , the hearing shall be conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings. (b) The State Office of Administrative Hearings shall consider the board's applicable substantive rules and policies when conducting a hearing under this subchapter. (c) The administrative law judge shall: (1) make findings of fact and conclusions of law; and (2) promptly issue to the board a proposal for a decision as to the occurrence of the violation, any recommended license sanction, and the amount of any proposed administrative penalty.
