Sec. 801.405. MENTAL INCOMPETENCE. (a) The board may suspend or revoke a license if a court finds that the license holder is mentally incompetent. (b) If a court determines that a person whose license is suspended or revoked under this section is mentally competent, the board may reinstate the person's license.
