Sec. 801.203. REPORTS TO LEGISLATURE AND GOVERNOR. (a) The board shall present to the legislature and the governor, in November of each even-numbered year, a public report explaining the work and findings of the board during the preceding two-year period and including drafts or recommendations of any legislation relating to public retirement systems that the board finds advisable. (b) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1083, Sec. 25(67), eff. June 17, 2011.
