Sec. 80.024. DOCUMENTING REGULATED ARTICLES. To implement this chapter, the department may issue or authorize issuance of: (1) a certificate that indicates that a regulated article is not infested with pests; and (2) a permit that provides for the movement of a regulated article to a restricted destination for limited handling, use, or processing.
