Sec. 8.359. CONFLICTS WITH OTHER LAW. (a) To the extent of a conflict between this subchapter and Chapter 804 , Government Code, Chapter 804 , Government Code, prevails. (b) To the extent of a conflict between this subchapter and federal law, the federal law prevails.
