Sec. 780.003. ACCOUNT. (a) The designated trauma facility and emergency medical services account is created as a dedicated account in the general revenue fund of the state treasury. Money in the account may be appropriated only to: (1) the department for the purposes described by Section 780.004 ; or (2) the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for graduate-level: (A) medical education programs; or (B) nursing education programs. (b) The account is composed of money deposited to the credit of the account under Sections 542.4031 , 709.002 , and 1006.153 , Transportation Code, and under Section 780.002 of this code. (c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 448 , Sec. 46(3), eff. September 1, 2015.
