Sec. 773.060. DISPOSITION OF FUNDS. (a) The department shall account for all fees and other funds it receives under this chapter. (b) The department shall deposit the fees and other funds in the state treasury to the credit of the bureau of emergency management account in the general revenue fund. The account may be used only to administer this chapter.
