Sec. 773.044. MOBILE INTENSIVE-CARE PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS. A provider qualifies as a mobile intensive-care provider if it: (1) meets the requirements of an advanced life-support emergency medical services provider; and (2) has personnel and sufficient equipment and supplies to provide cardiac monitoring, defibrillation, cardioversion, drug therapy, and two-way radio communication.
