Sec. 773.006. FUND FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, TRAUMA FACILITIES, AND TRAUMA CARE SYSTEMS. (a) The fund for emergency medical services, trauma facilities, and trauma care systems is established as an account in the general revenue fund. Money in the account may be appropriated only to the department for the purposes specified by Section 773.122 . (b) The account is composed of money deposited to the account under Article 102.0185 , Code of Criminal Procedure. (c) Section 404.071 , Government Code, does not apply to the account.
