Sec. 772.610. AUDIT AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. The district shall prepare an annual report that includes: (1) the amount and source of funds received by the district; (2) the amount and source of funds spent by the district; and (3) the results of an audit of the district's affairs prepared by an independent certified public accountant in compliance with the district's policies and procedures.
