Sec. 772.307. POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD. (a) The board shall control and manage the district. (b) The board may adopt rules for the operation of the district. (c) The board may contract with any public or private entity to carry out the purposes of this subchapter, including the operation of a 9-1-1 system.
