Sec. 772.205. ADDITIONAL TERRITORY. (a) If a municipality that is part of a district annexes territory that is not part of the district, the annexed territory becomes part of the district. (b) A public agency located in the county for which the district is created or a public agency located in whole or part in a county adjoining the county for which the district is created, by resolution adopted by its governing body and approved by the board of the district, may become part of the district and subject to its benefits and requirements.
