Sec. 77.054. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PROPERTY REPORT. (a) The property report filed with the comptroller under Section 77.051 is confidential and is not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552 , Government Code. (b) The social security number, driver's license or state identification number, and address of a victim are confidential and are not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552 , Government Code. For the purposes of this subsection, the victim's address includes information that identifies a victim's place of residence or post office box but does not include the city or county in which the victim resides.
