Sec. 755.043. GENERAL CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person, firm, or corporation commits an offense if: (1) the person, firm, or corporation owns a boiler in this state, has the custody, management, use, or operation of a boiler in this state, or is otherwise subject to this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; and (2) the person, firm, or corporation violates this chapter, a rule adopted under this chapter, or an order issued by the commission, the executive director, or a regularly employed inspector authorized to enforce this chapter and rules and orders. (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
