Sec. 755.029. CERTIFICATE OF OPERATION. (a) The executive director shall issue to the owner or operator of a boiler a certificate of operation for the boiler if after a certificate inspection: (1) the boiler is found to be in a safe condition for operation; and (2) the owner or operator has paid the fees assessed under Section 755.030 . (b) The certificate of operation is valid for not longer than the interval required for certificate inspections of that boiler. (c) A certificate of operation must be posted in a conspicuous place on or near the boiler for which it is issued.
