Sec. 715.003. PARTIES TO ACTION. An action commenced under this chapter shall be brought by the incorporators of the nonprofit corporation on behalf of the nonprofit corporation. The necessary parties to the action on which citation shall be served under Section 715.006 are: (1) the record owners of the real property comprising the historic cemetery; (2) the owners of plots in the cemetery, who may be designated as a class in the petition; and (3) the Texas Historical Commission.
