Sec. 71.114. FEES. (a) A person applying for a certificate tag or stamp shall pay an inspection fee at the time of application. (b) The department shall charge an inspection fee, as provided by rule of the department. (c) In addition to the inspection fee, a person applying for certification of sweet potatoes shall pay a fee, as provided by department rule, for each certificate tag or stamp issued.
